This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used.

Information you provide

• Contact form: name, email, optional phone, interest and message.
• Home search request: areas, budget, bedrooms, bathrooms, timeline, requirements and contact details.
• Home valuation request: property address and details, selling timeline and contact details.
• Showing request: property reference, notes and contact details.
• Website assistant: the messages you type. If you choose “Share my contact,” your name, email, optional phone and the chat transcript are saved as an inquiry.

How it is used

Submissions are stored in a private inbox that only Wally's authorized account can view, and are used to respond to you about real estate services. Information is not sold.

Service providers and AI processing

The site is hosted and its data stored with Lovable's cloud infrastructure. Assistant messages are sent to an AI model provider through the Lovable AI service to generate replies. Assistant replies are automated and may be inaccurate. A CRM connection is not currently active; if one is added, inquiries may be shared with that CRM and this policy will be updated.

Cookies and storage

The site stores your language choice in your browser's local storage. The agent sign-in area stores a session token. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Security and retention

Reasonable safeguards are used, including access controls, but no online system is completely secure. Inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain business records.

To ask what information you submitted, correct it, or request deletion, contact Wally using the details below. California residents may have additional rights under state law; requests are handled on a practical, case-by-case basis.

Homes shown are past transactions drawn from a public Zillow profile and are not offered for sale here. This site has no live MLS or IDX feed. Details are believed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified.

Estimates and tools

The mortgage calculator produces estimates from your inputs and stated assumptions; it is not a loan offer or pre-qualification. Valuation requests receive a licensee's opinion of price, not an appraisal.

Content rights

Site text, design and images may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Do not misuse forms or the assistant, including automated or abusive submissions.
